I like the rest of you am getting very frustrated with the delay in finance and possible reasons - mostly negative, however my understanding is that out total 20mil is incorporated into a combined loan of some 600 odd mil$ in which case the delay in paper work etc could well be outside of our boundary, however if this is the reason for the delay then how hard is it for management to have this point qualified ??
