    the chairman & Md/Ceo both ex Ellendale directors have no mining experience .
    They destroyed shareholders value when running Ellendale and are trying to do the some with Haw .
    About time that they both step aside.
    WE NEED MINING PEOPLE as we have plenty of cash to take the company forward so that they can create shareholders value.
