Vincent, if you read the announcement they have only bought $60k worth this month. The majority of their stake was built pre-May. Somebody else has been buying the rest.

I was comparing the prices paid for acreage in the North Dakota shales to BUL today, it was an oil play in probably a more difficult location than Northern Australia (due to the need to put pipe across prime agricultural land to get the oil out). Really amazing stuff.
