can someone please explain ...

... who bought what and who owns what, on the Forms 603 and 604 ?

Why I ask is:-

On the IOOF 604 released on Monday the 12th, the transactions were listed as:
29/7/13 2,525,056
31/7/13 2,505,250
1/8/13 10,900
2/8/13 95,000
7/8/13 63,600
all by Perennial.

On the Comm Bank 603 released yesterday the 14th, the transactions were listed as:
29/7/13 2,525,056
31/7/13 2,505,250
1/8/13 10,900
2/8/13 95,000
7/8/13 63,600
with the registered co. of Citicorp.

Now, on the 29th the total traded volume was 2,775,250 for HGO. So how can there be 2 forms showing a total of over 5m shares traded when there was only 2.7+m traded on the day ?

Also, on the 604, in section 4, Perennial/Citigroup have 14,748,166.
On the 603, section 2, the increase was 14,748,166.

So what is going on ? Are these the same shares or what ?
