Bottom two numbers illustrate my point.
Clearly, despite their massive production volumes and the fact their RE ore is a byproduct of the IO operation Baotou are cash negative at these levels. They are hardly in the position to start a price war without massive State sponsorship, either directly or by abolition of export imposts.
Interesting business, expensive lol, but interesting.
