Slight correction to my earlier post - the Norwegian partners (DNO) are paying 92.5% of costs so as to earn a 60% stake, leaving EXR with a 40% stake after paying the remaining .075%.
acturtle is right, this is a tremendous deal for a junior oiler and makes turtle's forecast of $1 by Christmas seem very realistic.
