not much plausible reasons given by Cottee for consolidation, IMO.
Unless some other fantastic revelations before consolidation, or further explanation by Cottee, ulterior motives for implementing such a measure, and maybe the big brother influence, being major reason for doing so.
Cottee does not want ordinary share holders, ... simple as that, ... now that he perceives HE does not need them.
