YES...interesting. What's more interesting is the way that our management just COULD NOT believe what they were hearing/reading - that is, they could not believe that the ALDP letters went out and that ESI didn't get one.
And look at how they handled it.
It tells me that these people all took the idea that we would get a grant, for granted, literally: Management, shareholders and those in the technical fields who can scientifically label something as superior or inferior in integrity. The integrity is the bit that the ALDP say they are looking for and no questions about it, COLDRY is best overall. These people know it and we are taking it for granted that we will get a grant, each and every single one of us.
AND THAT IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE if you really know best from 2nd best, first from second and bad from badder...
I have no shame in saying that i am taking it for granted here and now that we have success and as i said, i am looking ahead to the first concrete pour, as i have been for some time now. It will come and all of these last 12 months will be entirely forgotten.
