Even at 2c, the figures don't change all that much - it is only an additional 10M shares.

Reason I said 2.5c is they have 4-6 weeks of breathing room with the R&D rebate expected to come in at $500k+.

By then, I expect them to secure Brazil. Given they were road showing last week and next, should be plenty of eyes on the screen to hit the button if they perform.

Securing Brazil with potential flow on effects to US and EUR and launching the PeriCoach, you would expect an SP closer to 3c or more ($18M cap).

Therefore I figure 2.5c a reasonable price to do the SPP. I would bet my hat they won't do it at 2c with all they have on.
