Europium Oixde gives 19% of the value of lynas basket - here is the chart from today:

So Neodym is nearly unchanged from its february price, Eu is near at its low down 35% from its february price, Cerium is at its low down 37% from its february price, Pr is up 30% from its february price and La is at its low down 36% from its february price.
So we have all in all the basket price down from februar till today by -11%.
I cannot see a rise of the basket price and i cannot the a still rising basket price. Eu, Ce and La are DOWN; Neodym and Pra are UP - all in all its a negative basket price development since february!!
