No, prices of La and Ce are not up from theier lows. You tell me you are an lynas investor, but cant read simple charts?
The basket price is still in a very poor condition. And OMG will make you feel basket price on a good way. Neodym and Pra are the only important REOs wich are on a good way. But they make only around 50% of the basket price. The other 50% are in a very poor condition! And thats the keypoint. dont let you blame by OMG.
