jc I don't disagree but the big guys can spend time choking the little guys till they get the entire resource area under their belt as witnessed by fmg/tpi actions they gave govt what they wanted to hear with no intention of following through because with their needs there will be no spare capacity unless the other contenders outlay big bucks for expansion so newcomers may as well throw their hat in the ring with aurizon they will get a fair go then
