Thats a possibility i guess lexcorp, but looks more like an exercise and conversion of employee/directors options as per march 2012 prospectus. Thats what i glean from the asx announcements on their website. Hard to tell whether the options were exercised prior to 31/7/13 so they could convert and subscribe to the forthcoming allotment of new shares or not. Either way, they will be in the lolly.
