ggp ig class action update, page-89

I am interested to know how others are feeling with paying 3% monies upfront to the IG. (Hope I've got that right). I realise they need to reinstate their own costs with doing all of this for members/registrants. My cash reserves are strictly limited as I have been out of work for 3 years due to health problems. Added to this is my monetary loss with previous GGP shares. It feel like a "catch 22" situation for me. Well I know that is the risk of investing in the share market.
