The point that we may have left in the background and not considered much recently is that AVM are operating in a country plagued by volatility and hostility which contrasts with our remarkably stable and prosperous country.
Such countries as DRC attract "interesting" characters and perhaps desperados who add nothing to the improvements we hope will make DRC a very attractive place to set up business.
The most irritating point is that had AVM developed as many thought,then many of us would have diversified a little whilst maintaining a core holding (ie lost opportunities)
