That's right for the spp. But the 13.3m shares placed with insto's & those clever investors are expect to be quoted on the asx on Monday 14th Nov, according to acl's "Becoming a substantial holder" ann on 07/11/2005 (page 9).
So the old scale up ann will probably appear Monday too!
