It's a good option to have, but on my claculations, taking into account the cash rate, corporate AAA rated bond spread, 90 day volatility on the stock and SP200 imo it's only worthwhile if the stock is above $5.50 near the close date. This assumes you rate the stock neutral.
Hopefully some news can send it higher by the close date and make it worthwhile, though i suspect if that's the case we will all be getting scaled back.
