The latest annual report suggesting some signs of turning around, which mixed well with the huge previous director purchase at the bottom of the market, and the SP bounced strongly from 10c a few months ago to 22.5c now. All these indicated faith in the stock, with the sell side standing on only 60K~100K worth of depth, it seems the sell off in May and June was well overdone.
