GENERAL: PCT: Company update - Wellington earthquake
Precinct Properties New Zealand ("Precinct") can advise that its structural
engineer Holmes Consulting Group ("Holmes") has completed a structural
inspection of the Wellington portfolio.
As a result of these assessments, Holmes has advised that there has been no
material damage to the structural integrity of the buildings.
We have also completed a review of the buildings fire protection systems and
can confirm complete functionality of these systems.
Some minor damage is evident and repairs are underway.
