    Have just done some research on consolidating and have found that it is actually illegal for a company to consolidate while in debt.

    FAS will be in debt until production starts so we are 18 months to 2 years away from that happening . I apologize for expressing misinformed information .

    Not to take away what a great day it was for all share holders and may our luck continue ..
