Folks - bought into AFL on Friday because I believe it is one of the most UNDER-RATED stocks on the ASX currently.

Market Cap - $35MIL
SHAREHOLDING IN BXP WORTH - $39MIL
PROFIT B/TAX IN 05 - $3.6MIL
Just it's BIG 42% shareholding in BXP is currently worth $4MIL more than what the market value's the whole company, not withstanding everything else the company owns!!!
I think there could be an easy profit coming on this one - at 60c it's a great BUY imho!!!
