snider, I own multiple properties and have loans on some of them.
I have zero interest in paying off the loans as they are lines of credit and I am able to use that money to create other income producing pursuits while my tenants more than adequately service the loan payments.
My assets appreciate while still having access and use of the cash.
The assets are appreciating to the extent that if I wanted to sell just one of those assets down the track, all the loans will be paid in full.
Nothing wrong with debt, it just needs to be managed correctly.
