I watched all of Q&A last night and I thought Bowen was emulating their campaign by just attacking the opposition and not bigging up his own policies.
He was also heckled when he wouldn't give numbers for years 5&6 of Gonski.

It's not in the bag yet though, Tony's got to remain calm and mostly error free.
PPL seems to be costing him a little as well.
