I am afraid you are forgetting how chinese play their power ..... koreans can come and make any open offer .... but if chinese care about galaxy's assets, as I suspect, they would react immediately ..... refinery license would be withdrawn in days, bonds would not be restructured, BoD would not approve the deal, raw material supplier would hike prices by a factor of 30% overnight ....

this is not racism ..... this is a fight for natural resources ..... and chinese arent gentle in such fights .....

at least this is my honest opinion .....
