Economy in worse state than during GFC
I live in a part of NSW where there is one of the highest disposable incomes in the country owing to mining and yet the town is dead. Shops are closing by the day. I went past Harvey Norman on Sunday and not a car in sight. So much for the robust Rudd economy!!
The only retail doing business are food – Woolworths, Coles and Aldi.
We are in recession!!
