3B'S are a necessary means to achieving an end result, especially for exploration Companies in my opinion.
Otherwise how is an exploration Company going to Explore if finance or investors will not take a risk on developing Companies in the current climate.
Also if Investors do not invest in Companies Exploring Resources for the future, where does this leave mining in Australia in years to come.
