MEETING: RAK: Rakon Ltd Notice of Special Shareholders Meeting 6 Sept 13
Rakon Limited has provided a copy of its Notice of Special Shareholders
Meeting to be held on 6 September 2013.
This Notice of Special Shareholders Meeting comprises:
1. as Schedule 1, the resolution to be considered at the Special Shareholders
Meeting (the ECEC Resolution), which seeks approval for the proposed sale, by
Rakon HK Limited (a subsidiary of Rakon) (Rakon HK), of an 80% equity
interest in the registered capital of Rakon Crystal (Chengdu) Co. Limited
(RCC) (the ECEC Transaction); and
2. as Schedule 2 (the Explanatory Memorandum), details of, and the rationale
for, the ECEC Transaction. An Independent Report from Grant Samuel on the
merits of the ECEC Transaction is set out as the appendix to the Explanatory
Memorandum.
A copy of the Independent Report from Grant Samuel is provided.
