With your experience, what are your thoughts on CT scan frequency and accuracy of the PFS outputs to make conclusions on efficiency?
CANVAS trial patients have CT scan every 2 months (don’t remember about CAN-003), based on the trial time frames and average PFS I don’t expect the difference btw OSC and CVac arms to be more than 3 months max.
So with these numbers in mind the CT scans (every 2 months only) may have a skewing impact on the accuracy of NED.
I guess on average it should follow the Poisson distribution and not affect the large samples (i.e. CANVAS trial), but small samples (CAN-003) may skew to any side.
