New B, I recalled that FKP said there would be no problem for refinancing during presentation. The 200 million sale off was in due diligence and should be known by two months.
I do not see any major problem with FKP at moment. If you have seen other problems with FKP, please tell us so that we can be prepared.
I was however, disappointed that FKP said there would be no dividends in 2014, this would drag SP down.
A newspaper article this morning said that FKP was now risking for a take over as Stockland was eager to sell its shares. Hopefully this will happen soon.
I shall top up again at end of month when my other term deposits matured. I think this is an opportunity as current interest rates are so low.
