Lets look at the latter, if it was a CR I would see that as a net effect if not a +ve to the stock given that the asset would be what is in the ground. Cannot say I would welcome a sell down of a viable asset. The other option would be a T/O and how that would wash out. With both blocks coming in again it is the value of the discovery however, there is an unknown of the prospects in each block and at around 15,500 square km, it is a lot of real estate on offer.
The other aspect I have thought about is the Ophir link in two streams:
1. Stein et al on the board and as consultants
2. Ophir or a subsidiary on the registry
I would see this a possible goer as I read where they had their own rigs although they may have been moved on since then. Nevertheless, you will need to have rigs to test the prospects and if you own one then you can to a point control your destiny.
The other aspect is that Nen has followed the Stein process and given the history there would be no reason to suspect otherwise in that they would keep on following the Ophir business plan?
