    Blues raises an interesting possibility.

    A scrip offer (maybe the 60%-40% split suggested), plus a more conventional convertible note to a smaller value.

    That would keep control for now with the ords, which is important because clearly PPX management would have to be insane to agree to hand 92% of PPX to PXUPA to then kick them out !
