    the transocean cajun express has finished its contract with petrobras and is now in morocco so maybe cairn may even commence drilling early september?

    i woukld suggest that a discovery by cairn would have far more impact on the share price than some option holders "dumping" shares to exercise options. but i agree, it would still be preferable to get govt approval asap.......
