re: Ann: COE: Hammamet West-3 Production Test... I haven't quite understood the recent development. If ~400m of coil tubing is stuck in the horizontal bore, can they just leave it be and continue production testing? What about the environs of the stuck tubing? Wouldn't it be blocked off from any production? Would appreciate a lesson from the gurus.
