welll... its a tough one... i mean it is positive for the company in the sense that the individual responsible for pulling off the deal has left because he did not succeed... however, as long as the company is still a chance at sorting out a deal for Seychelles, then all is ok...

in the meantime, the bloke who resigned as Company Secretary is still the Finance Director... perhaps he will firstly hand over his Comp Secretary work to Hobson, then once that is done announce that Hobson will also be Finance Director while Rowbottom becomes MD... this type of succession is probably best if they still have a chance with Seychelles project...

but we still need to hear the bad news :-((
have we lost Seychelles, or r we having a very dilutive capital raising :-((
it would be quite sad for all WHN holders if due to incapability of one/main Executive, the entire company goes kaput, while he gets the luxury of simply walking away... perhaps actual salaries (and not just stock options) should be performance based... too late now :-((
