So WHN is going to show up to the 'please explain' meeting with the Seychelles government without Noske who has been at the forefront of negotiations, pulling all the strings and this will pan out well or instill confidence ?
I'm not sure how much ( or little ) the Seychelles government valued their personal relationship with Noske, guess it remains to be seen.
