anyone's guess really, releasing the resignation announcement well after market close on a Friday, may mean many have not had the chance to digest it fully.
I would think it would open at 1.4 - 1.5 initially, if big investors get spooked volume might be one to watch.
Noske was a poster child for WHL Energy and many had faith in someone of his calibre and background leading the charge even after initial Seychelles and Palta failure.
