Watermelon politics thrives on emotions. They put 'super' in front of trawler to finish off the scientific management of fisheries and now "fraccing" is a new verb for poisioning ground water and soil. You might try pointing out that fraccing has been going on in Australia for 60 years without apparent ecological disaster but an evidence based debate is unlikely in this country. You can even point out that some ground water aquifers are also subject to fraccing in Australia to make them flow better. As for getting down to the technicalities and differences between CSG compared to shale gas fraccing etc... good luck getting anyone to listen.
