As far as I am concerned Darren and his team have done an excellent job to date. Maybe that’s been made easier by the quality of the project but timing on the cr in 2011 was brilliant in hindsight. More recently that facility with ANZ at those low, home loan comparable rates looks even more amazing today after seeing SLR being forced into a cr- and a very large one at that. That ANZ facility gives us the flexibility that SLR has had to achieve through significant dilution. Darren has been able to avoid any dilution and that looks likely to remain the case unless maybe something larger is discovered and/or developed at some time in the future.
It's not very often I find a company with management that I can rely on as being trustworthy. This appears to be one of those companies. Nothing said in the time I have been involved that has turned out to be overly optimistic.
