It's better to give to ones that earn it, then to ones that don't.

I would prefer no baby hand outs what so ever, so only the ones who could afford to look after them would have them.

If you are going to give to one, give to the lot on percentage on what they are taxed on seems fair to me.

When single I was paying tax for single mums.

Price to pay for being single,besides more benefits back then, then being married now.
