when to break out of hibernation?

    Now that the rabbits were all scared off and many goldies sent into self or otherwise imposed hibernation, when will they wake up and look to proceed with their projects. POG for sure but what price? When will capital mkts allow themselves to loan to emerging gold projects.

    One feels POG has to overshoot up towards 1600 or so before the hibernation may end?
