WOW...and that helps us shareholders how exactly?!
Not much of a mention that the consideration per share being 'negotiated' by the CBQ Board seems to have dropped from 1.7c to 1.0c (that's a 40% DESTRUCTION of value during a period in which the Board was supposed to IMPROVE the deal!).
Probably the worst outcome imaginable. It goes without saying I will be voting against the deal...as would any self respecting shareholder.
