I would suspect that it is more a looting problem and a problem of massive payoffs to cronies...
I hope Tony Abbott will get a Royal Commission underway to track exactly where the $300 billion went to and whose bank accounts it ended up in...
However, with labor's massive destruction of our economy and the long, long list of problems the incoming government must urgently address, this might take some time, and I would guess the paper-shredders down at Sussex St are working 24 hours a day right now...
