Yeah it's realy bad, AAA credit rating, low unemployment, low interest rates, property values exceeding pre GFC and I just read that 4 Australian capital citys are lited in the top 10 worlds most livable cities.
Seems there a few here that have been sucked in on the idea that the grass is greener on the other side.
