There is still a fair amount of time until the proposed consolidation. I suspect that the new large holders may have pressured RC to go ahead with the consolidation behind closed doors after their significant capital injection to add some 'respectability' to their holding. I doubt he would have agreed to it if he didn't have something to prop up the SP prior, he is no doubt aware of the effect the consolidation might have on the SP and shareholder confidence. RC has been saying the farm in talks have been 'progressing' for some time. I'm still picking finalisation will be that prop.
