AKA do have a good quality JORCed gypsum deposit near a Rio Tinto, which I heard RIO were forced to put back into production under threat of losing it. see link:

that said, have heard gypsum price is poor, atm, with close to nil margin
page 8 & 9 of the recent financial RIO report shows 6.5% EBITDA profit margin on their gypsum project, resulting in a $1m loss after $15m in depreciation
