I take your point and agree - it's very misleading to talk cash cost when you're excluding, for example:
Royalties,
Depreciation / Amortization,
Corporate and Administrative costs,
Financing costs....
It's useful to know they aren't becoming more efficient out in the field (which is what cash will tell you), but it hides the true state of the union, which is worse IMO..
Wasn't there was a new standard coming out where the industry was going to move away from cash cost to an all-in?
