The Force Majeure was granted effective September 2012.
The commitment well was due by August 2013...that effectively gives BHPP 11 months from the time of Force Majeure lifting to drill the well...ie, now by July 2014, but yet to be confirmed by OEL as per the announcement.
Perhaps this is why the market is not as excited as many think it should be.
