Yes theoretically possible, but with 77 million options issued,fully exercised at 20 cents, that's only $15.4m.

Timing would be questionable too, as they expire in June 2017. A large percentage of oppie holders wait until close to expiry date to exercise, unless they are well and truly "in the money". Until then, the oppies just get traded on the exchange.
