I heard the story. We sell properies, farms, mine sites, resources, educations, undies, anything..... to Chinese & benefit greatly. Why can we sell this tech to them ??? Because they are going to misuse it ??? not really, China is different from North Korea now... It becomes capitalism like USA. There are lots more Starbucks cafe, Rolls Royce, Rolex in China than in Australia. Now they are looking to owning resources in the Arctic.

They got lots of Nukes if they want to misuse it. I don't think small projectiles are going to make a lot of difference.
