They have delivered many EPC contracts and it is their bread and butter. The size is big but they just need to hire and it may be part of an alliance?
The question still comes down to what the margins would be however, competition is bound to be fierce so on a huge contract for 2 years maybe they only take NPBT of $50 mill or something just to win the work.
